This song is so beautiful, i saw the TRL preimere. I still have goose bumps, these girls can’t retire yet their voices are gifts from God. They were given there gifts to let those who can hear have joy in their lives. Keep singing girls you bring joy to those who are without it.

I’m a boy with 19 years old and i’m natural from Portugal…i don’t have fear or shame to tell you people that i cried when i heard that song…i love Destiny’s Child and i have great part of their songs in my computer, but this one is just Beautiful…congratulations girls and thank you for helping in transforming the world into a better place to live.
I was so inspired by this song, This has to be one of most beautiful & inspirational songs ever made and only the sensitive of this world can relate to the sadness of the state of the world today. Was there any other way to walk out of the group as gracefully as they walked in? no, I don’t think so. They hit the note.
I’m a school director from the Philippines. I am always in search of beautiful songs which could be sang during graduations. . . AND THIS IS IT! I fell in love with the song the moment i heard it on my cellphone radio even without fully understanding the lyrics yet. The melody enticed me so much thus I researched for the entire lyrics and IT IS SO SO BEAUTIFUL! Thanks so much to DAVID FOSTER for coming up with this HIT OF THE CENTURY! We would definitely come up with another sentimental and memorable graduation with this song as the finale! CONGRATULATIONS for another hit – DESTINY’S CHILD, DAVID AND AMY FOSTER.
I agree with all of you whom are saying that this song is beautiful. I first heard it when I got the CD, “Destiny’s Child #1’s”. The first few times I heard it, I kind of cried. When I try to sing it, it sounds good ..(a lil bit) but, they sound so much better than me.
holla every one!
These girls just never seize to amaize me. I am a South African, living in africa means a lot of things like knowing the real face of hopelessness, giving up and suffering. We see and exeperince these harsh realities averyday, children die from aids every minute, thay are left being orphans and try to reach out everyday. But God when i heard this song, it meant something to me as an African. Through its beauty and meaning it gives me hope, it tells me that there are people out there who pray for us and who still believe in the value of standing up for love. Destinys Child, you sing this message perfectly…we love you and God bless you girls!!
I live in southern africa and work on HIV and AIDS projects. I get emotionally tired from all the support one needs to give. I love all the people I touch but at the end of the day, it can be so overwhelming.
I was getting ready for work this morning and turned on the music channel (by mistake) and I say that because I get so tired of seeing people chanting out obscenities… and there they were, our three wonderful girls singing the most inspiring and encouraging words a woman needs to get out there and be one with those who need a hand, a shoulder and a caring heart. I care. Thank you for this wonderful musical creation. Please, please, please artists out there, sing for and with us to free our hearts from pain. I jnow the UH HUH stuff sounds good to you but trust me, when harmonies like this come out, every woman, man and child just want to stand up for a great day in support of the human race. Viva!
This sooo touched me… it made me cry… it has insirped me a lot..It makes me want to help the world sooo much:( I want the whole world to heard this world soo there could be peace and people could start to care and lead a helping hand……..
I love this song.this song so truthful about the children because almost every day a child is born or dead cause of someones mistakes.
