The issue of Rolling Stone magazine which hits newstands this Friday will feature what will likely rank as one of their most controversial covers. It features rapper Kanye West wearing a crown of thorns in the manner of Jesus. Among the revealing quotes from Kanye West included in the magazine: "If I was more complacent and I let things slide, my life would be easier, but you all wouldn't be as entertained. My misery is your pleasure."
Neither Kanye West nor Rolling Stone are strangers to controversy. Kanye West most controversial public statement thus far was his pronouncement "George Bush doesn't care about black people" at a benefit for victims of Hurricane Katrina. Rolling Stone has had its share of controversial covers in the past mostly involving nudity in photographs of top pop music artists.

Kanye is awsome and what he said ids true for everything on t.v and movies and music
Kanye needs to get over himself. Provocation does not equal genius. And considering that he likes to hype the “n” word shows that his work is not as progressive as he likes to think he is.
