Mariah Carey and John Legend Win Big at Soul Train Awards

Mariah Carey repeated her victories from the Grammy Awards Saturday, March 4, 2006 at the 20th Annual Soul Train Music Awards. Carey took home the awards for Female R&B Single for "We Belong Together" and Female R&B Album for The Emancipation of Mimi.

John Legend mirrored Mariah Carey's victories taking home the Male R&B Single award for "Ordinary People" and the Male R&B Album award for Get Lifted. Destiny's Child and Black Eyed Peas took home the awards given to groups and Chris Brown was named the top New Artist.

The 20th Annual Soul Train Music Awards will be broadcast in syndication Saturday, March 11, 2006.
