Gwen Stefani Gives Birth to a Baby Boy - Kingston James McGregor Rossdale

It's official! Gwen Stefani and her husband Gavin Rossdale are parents. Kingston James McGregor Rossdale was born this afternoon at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and weighed 7.5 pounds. He is the first child for Stefani and the second for Rossdale. The parents were married in September, 2002 after dating for 6 years. Gavin Rossdale was previously lead vocalist for the band Bush and is now part of the group Institute.

Gwen Stefani became pregnant while on tour in support of her solo album Love, Angel, Music, Baby. Reportedly, Stefani's band No Doubt has begun work on a new album. They plan to have her join in after her maternity leave. The last No Doubt album Rock Steady was released in 2001.
