Dreadzone’s ‘Lion Shirt’ is the best England world cup song since ‘World In Motion’..
To be honest, although you may appreciate ‘the power and fun’ of pop music blended with sports events, the fact that you are not English means you cannot appreciate what makes a good England song.
3 Lions is by far the best song, maybe not musically to other people, but because of the meaning to England fans.

The Highest High featuring Adam Bostock is another strong contender for The World Cup Song title. It’s like Robbie meets Badly Drawn Boy and The Doors. Released on Matchbox Recordings 5th June.
