The nominations for the annual Billboard Music Awards have been announced. Nickelback, Mary J. Blige, Rascal Flatts, and T.I. lead the pack with 5 nominations each. The awards will be presented live from Las Vegas on Fox Television Monday, December 4, 2006 at 8 p.m. ET.
