Remember Elliott Yamin?
Chris Daughtry is sitting at #1 on the pop album chart, Taylor Hicks debuted at #2 with his self-titled album, and Katharine McPhee's self-titled debut will be in stores Tuesday. What about the other member of last year's American Idol top 4, Elliott Yamin? He has performed live in a wide variety of venues since American Idol, and, at last, there is news of a first album on the way.
Elliott has signed agreements with Sony / ATV Music Publishing and RED Distribution to work on production and marketing for the upcoming album. The debut is due in stores March 20, 2007, and the first single, "Movin' On," will be released February 13th. A solo tour for spring/summer 2007 is also in the works. This spring will be the opportunity for yet another American Idol star to shine.

Finally!!!! I can’t wait for Elliot’s CD! He is awesome! It should have been Taylor, Elliot and Chris in the final 3. Katharine did NOT deserve to be there!!!!

Elliott is the only reason I watched American Idol Season 5, and he is the only contestant whom I voted for ever. He touched my heart like no other singer can. What a talent! I can’t wait to listen to his album!

Oh, yes. I remember Elliott. He’s the only artist that I have truly fallen for. I’m a complete E-fan and I can’t help it. I love his voice, love his spirit, love who he is as an artist and a man. WOW. I can not wait for his CD to be released.
He was the only idol I’ve ever voted for and the only idol who I have watched and followed since the season ended. I actually joined a fan site board. ha ha. I never thought I would do something so cheesey, but I can’t help it.
