Live Earth Update - Madonna, Police, Kelly Clarkson, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Smashing Pumpkins, and More

Significantly more details are beginning to emerge about the massive Live Earth - Save Our Selves concerts to be held worldwide on July 7, 2007. Due to problems making arrangements in Washington, DC, the US Live Earth concert will take place at New York's Giants Stadium. The concert lineups announced so far are truly impressive. The ticketing process for the London leg of Live Earth is scheduled to begin this Friday, April 13, 2007. Tickets for the New York leg go on sale Monday, April 16, 2007. Visit the Live Earth official site for more information.
Additional concerts will take place at Aussie Stadium in Sydney, Australia, Copacabana Beach in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, Cradle of Human Kind in Johannesburg, South Africa, Tokyo Stadium in Tokyo, Japan, and a yet to be announced location in Shanghai, China. MSN will stream the concerts live on July 7, 2007 at Live Earth. NBC will broadcast the concerts in the US and 120 additional networks worldwide will also carry the concerts.
