It is unclear at this point in time whether "Underneath" will make an appearance on Alanis Morissette's upcoming album Flavors of Entanglement or not. However, the video for the song is well worth watching and is a great reminder of the talents of Alanis.
The video for "Underneath" was filmed to be shown at last September's Elevate Film Festival in Los Angeles. The festival is designed to exhibit film that raises the level of human consciousness on earth. The song's lyrics are classic Alanis:

In what we're doing in here
That doesn't show up as big as it does out there

When we've the ultimate key to the cause
right here all underneath
