In my review of A Little Bit Longer, I suggested that the Jonas Brothers may well have unleashed the top pop-rock album of the year so far. Sales figures are indicating music fans may indeed agree with that assessment. If current figures hold up, A Little Bit Longer is on track to sell more than 700,000 copies in its first week. This would put them in the range of the first week sales of Coldplay's hit Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends which sold 721,000 copies. Only rapper Lil Wayne's phenomenal 1,000,000 copies of Tha Carter III tops these 2 albums this year.
Interest in the new Jonas Brothers album has hit a feverish peak due to a series of singles released before the album and their appearance in the TV movie Camp Rock. The brothers last album debuted at #5 on the albums chart with first week sales of 69,000, less than a tenth of what is expected of A Little Bit Longer.

&& by the way umm ” jonassucks” is it?
your just jealous that they are gonna be one of the bigest bands ever.
so suck a di*k
Why is it that when people say they don’t like a band we’re jealous??? We’re not. And one of the biggest bands ever??? Are you serious. Yeah sure like they could ever pass rock legends like U2 or a great group like Coldplay. People like you don’t know what real music is. BTW learn how to spell, idiot.
Oh shut it. I do believe that they have the talent to become music icons, but I bet society won’t let them. Disney’s dangerous because you lose all your credibility when you join he circle, no matter how much talent you have. They definitely have the potential to be one of the greatest singer/songwriter/bands ever, yep. Love them. Jonas haters suck straws.
