World Music Awards - Kid Rock and Coldplay Win Big

Each year the World Music Awards celebrate the bestselling recording artists in the world. Monaco's reputation as a tax haven for the wealthy seems perhaps a fitting location for honoring some of the biggest moneymakers in the music business. Last night, however, it was one of the least glitzy of today's top pop artists who walked off with 2 major awards. Kid Rock took home accolades for being the world's bestselling Male Pop Artist and Male Pop/Rock Artist. His single "All Summer Long" was a massive worldwide hit leading to big sales for Kid Rock's album Rock 'n Roll Jesus. Coldplay capped the night by taking home the award for the overall bestselling Act of the Year. Key winners are listed below.
