Introducing Ke$ha
The story of the success of the current #1 pop single "Right Round" is not just about rapper Flo Rida. It's also about the featured singer on the track, 21-year-old Nashville, Tennessee native Ke$ha. Once music executives began to notice her the battle was on for a signing. The victor in the battle was RCA Records. As a sign of the high hopes for Ke$ha, the label has assigned two of the most successful pop producers of the past decade, Max Martin and Dr. Luke, to help put together a debut album due later this year.
The sound of Ke$ha is distinctly electropop. The language in her words is not for the faint of heart, but the sheer brashness and independence of Ke$ha's approach spells excitement. She refers to herself as an "anti-pop" star. Dr. Luke says, "Ke$ha is a riveting, fresh talent, with a compelling, unique voice, and powerful writing skills." Think of Lady GaGa without restraint.

She’s hot, she’s cute, she carries heerself very well, she’s got an ego and sounds like the next HUGE thing! I love Ke$ha! She rocks and I think she will go very far unless she does something like Brittney did and expose herself when her fame goes down. I deffinately think Lady Gaga could outsing her on like singing to a note, but Ke$sh more rocks with the music instead of singing agaist it like GooGoo does.
Shes obnoxious and her lyrics are really heartfelt. Hahahahaha
