American Idol continues a strong schedule of live performers on this week's results night Wednesday, April 1, 2009. No one is hotter right now in the pop music world than Lady GaGa. She will take the stage on Wednesday, and the other performer, last year's American Idol winner David Cook is no slouch either. Don't forget, tonight is performance night and this season American Idol has some very very strong performers. The names Adam, Allison, and Danny are just a few that come to mind. The star live performances mean that both nights of American Idol are worth seeing.

Cook was a mess tonight – his new single is monotonous, boring, blech, and he sang it very pitchy…. Not a good performance, and not worthy of a returning Idol. Lady GaGa was pure energy, and put on a fun and visually entertaining show. Cook looked very amateurish compared to her.
