JoJo starts off by saying, "I don't know how much of this is appropriate for me to say," but that doesn't stop the teen star from venting about the long delay in release of her third album All I Want Is Everything. According to JoJo the album has been complete for a year to a year and a half. Apparently a new e-mail stating that Blackground Records is doing everything they are supposed to be doing has set off this new effort to publicize her frustration.
