Last June, pop singer JoJo headed to YouTube to sound off about frustrations with her record label Blackground Records. It seems that at that point her upcoming album currently titled All I Want Is Everything had been complete for over a year, but she was still waiting for her label to reach a distribution deal to release the work. At one point JoJo filed a legal document against Da Family Entertainment insisting that she be released from her contract and awarded $500,000 compensation for being thrust into "limbo." The release schedule was also impacting decisions JoJo was making about college. Now it seems that everything has been settled, and the album is now scheduled for release in early 2010.

JoJo's first two albums both hit the top 5 on the album chart. In addition, her single "Too Little Too Late" was a top 3 pop smash and has sold over four million copies worldwide.
