It's starting to look like an American Idol reunion at this year's American Music Awards. Adam Lambert had already been announced, and now Kelly Clarkson, Daughtry, and Carrie Underwood have joined the list of those taking the stage. The awards ceremonies will be broadcast live on ABC TV November 22, 2009. Other announced performers include Alicia Keys, Black Eyed Peas, Jennifer Lopez and Jay-Z. There are also rumors floating that Rihanna will appear as a performer. Speaking about the most recent additions, American Music Awards producer Larry Klein said, "American Idol continually produces great talent and we are looking forward to hosting Kelly, Carrie, Daughtry and Adam. It's a great fit for the AMAs."

Ithink you have some great artists up against each other and they all deserve recognition, but hopefully we wont have to see another repeat of Taylor Swift happening at this awards show
