Ke$ha's "Blah Blah Blah" Video Is a Star Move

Watching the new video for Ke$ha's second hit single "Blah Blah Blah" there is little doubt she has serious star power. This very well may be her "Poker Face" moment that identifies Ke$ha as a seriously creative pop force to be reckoned with. Watch as she puts trash talkers in their place while singing a song just as catchy as her first hit "Tik Tok" which is riding its ninth week at the top of the Billboard Hot 100. The duo 3OH!3 have a cameo role in the video, but it really is all Ke$ha. Check out the brand new video below.

You’ve gotta be kidding me. As much as she talks about how she doesn’t want to be sexy and she’s so smart and creative, writhing around in a bowling alley is a bit contradictive hmm? The song isn’t doing well on the charts… if the video was impressive it would do better but… it’s nothing new.

Rose is a glass of cool, clear water in a world addicted to Brawndo, The Thirst Mutilator. Yeah, water, like from the toilet. Rose is dope. How she has managed to get this far without anybody noticing how insanely funny, and bright, and honest, she is, completely escapes me. As far as I know, no one has mentioned the curious bandage on her left hand, why she is riding shotgun in “TiK ToK,” and the reference of “I like your beard,” in “Your Love is My Drug.” Not since Erasmus wrote “The Praise of Folly,” has an artist been so misunderstood. Harry G. Frankfurt’s, “On Bullshit,” seems, well, kind of like bullshit, compared to “Blah Blah Blah.” What a beautiful Animal.

Not sure about Ke$ha – big hit – but a novelty one? Can she actually sing outside of a video? And is she simply a creature of video? Not that that won’t make bucks for a while. But the “Blah” video is sorta blah.
