No, it's not Rihanna, it is nine year old Willow Smith. She is the daughter of actors Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, and it looks like she could be well on her way to a major pop hit single. The primary hook is of course the infectious shout, "I whip my hair back and forth!" Now the news has come out that Willow Smith is signed to Jay-Z's record label Roc Nation and is working on an album. A music video will be filmed later this month. Despite her youth, Willow Smith is serious about a music career, and her first single does have serious pop impact. Listen below.

This song definitely received a lot of internet hype. I just listened for the first time. It’s cute… But not much more. She’s only 9 so that’s acceptable.
When I heard I thought, God has truely blessed this family with raw talent. But I was concerned when I saw she was signed to ROCNATION (Jay-Z). I have been told and have seen alot of things about Jay-Z that are associated with “devil worshiping” if she signs with Jay-Z, my children and alot of other children I have influence over will not be listening to it. Nevertheless, she has an awesome voice and I pray that God blesses her in her career to make the right choices. Be blessed Willow Smith.
