24 year old record setting pop singer Adele announced today that she is pregnant with her first child. The father is her 37 year old boyfriend, charity CEO Simon Konecki. Adele said in a statement on her blog, ""I'm delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we're over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx." Adele's most recent album 21 has become the fifth biggest selling album of all time in the UK and is now tied for the sixth most weeks any album has spent at #1 in the US. It included the three #1 hit singles "Rolling In the Deep," "Someone Like You," and "Set Fire To the Rain."
