The Voice has just added more musical firepower to the 2012 fall season. Billie Joe Armstrong, lead vocalist of punk legends Green Day will help Christina Aguilera mentor her team. In addition Rob Thomas of Matchbox Twenty will be assisting Cee Lo Green. They join the previously announced Mary J. Blige and Michael Buble. Both Billie Joe Armstrong and Rob Thomas have music of their own to promote. Matchbox Twenty's next album North is set to hit stores September 4, 2012. Green Day's Uno will be released September 25, 2012 and is the first of a planned set of three albums to be unveiled over approximately a six month timeline. Season Three of The Voice is set to debut September 10, 2012.
