You are forgive if you start singing to yourself Florence and the Machine's "Dog Days Are Over." That handclapping rhythm is very familiar. However, the song soon moves into something sounding much more like the OneRepublic we know courtesy of the voice of group leader Ryan Tedder. I also hear echoes of the expansive rock of The Killers. This is the first track from an upcoming third studio album by the group. The group's first two albums have generated five platinum certified pop hit singles, and both albums have been certified gold. Check out the new song below as well as an interview from a few years back with Ryan Tedder.

these guys are venturing into new territory, i love it.
and the clapping pattern actually is completely different than Dog Days- I don’t hear the similarity in these 2 songs at all but maybe it’s just me.
