In an interview she gave today to Billboard magazine, Christina Aguilera indicated that she is unlikely to be one of the judges when The Voice launches its spring 2013 season. She expresses concern that the show will keep her away from making her own music.
The current season of The Voice was filmed partly last June and then will return to live shows in November. Christina Aguilera used the time in between to complete her upcoming album. The release of the single "Your Body" is expected within the next week and details on release of the album are expected tomorrow. Christina Aguilera has indicated that producer Mark Burnett leaves open the option of returning to the show at a later time. The Voice has already provided a boost to Christina Aguilera's career by matching her with fellow judge Adam Levine's group Maroon 5 for the massive hit single "Moves Like Jagger."

That is sad for I fidn that Christina made the show or at least a big part of it. Either way I respect her decision and hopefully if she does leave The Voice the following season that it won’t be final that she will come back later on.
