As The Voice moves into its fourth season next spring, it will face the first change in celebrity coaches. Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green will exit, at least temporarily, to focus on other aspects of their musical careers. Adam Levine and Blake Shelton plan to return for a fourth season and will be joined by Shakira and Usher. Both new coaches are worldwide pop superstars.
Shakira has sold more than 70 million albums worldwide. In the US four of her studio albums have reached the top 10 and the first five of her seven studio albums have all been certified platinum. Four of her singles have reached the top 10 and "Hips Don't Lie" became a #1 hit in nearly every major pop market around the world.
Usher has sold 65 million records around the world. Five of his seven studio albums have been certified platinum and the last four hit #1 on the album chart. He has reached the pop top 10 with 15 singles, and nine of those singles hit #1.
