Rihanna Unveils Cover Art and Release Details For "Diamonds" Single

Rihanna is not someone to rest on her laurels. For the fourth year in a row she will be releasing a new album in November. That means a first single is on its way this week. "Diamonds" will make its worldwide radio debut Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 8 a.m. ET. Then it will be available for purchase on iTunes beginning an hour later at 9 a.m. "Diamonds" will be the first single from an upcoming seventh studio album by the pop superstar. The song was produced by frequent collaborators Stargate. Rihanna has a phenomenal 22 top 10 pop hit singles in the US. She earned her first 20 faster than any artist in history. "We Found Love," the lead single from Rihanna's most recent album Talk That Talk, became the biggest chart hit of her career spending 10 weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Rihanna has sold over 146 million digital tracks worldwide and is considered the world's top selling digital artist.
