Ke$ha is back and in a big way. Her new single "Die Young" is lodged at #3 on the iTunes digital sales chart this morning the day after its release. Pop radio has embraced the new song with open arms as well. It has made its way into the top 40 on the MediaBase charts after only one day. "Die Young" is the first single from Ke$ha's upcoming second full-length studio album Warrior due in stores in early December. The new song is something of a superstar collaboration with production work from Dr. Luke, Cirkut and Benny Blanco as well as an appearance from fun's Nate Ruess in the songwriting credits.
Ke$ha stormed the pop charts with her first single "Tik Tok" released in late 2009 that ultimately spent nine weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100. Since then she has reached the top 10 with five more singles as lead artist. All six songs have been certified platinum for sales. Ke$ha's debut album Animal is also platinum certified and topped the album chart. Listen to "Die Young" below.
