Except for rapper Rick Ross roaring in at #1 with his fourth chart topping album, it is a slow week for new material. That allows Justin Bieber and One Direction to surge back into the top 5. An Amazon sale boosts the Bee Gees greatest hits collection Number Ones into the top 5. Joss Stone's return to soul covers is a success as she opens at #10 this week.
