It's summer and the chart movement has slowed with increasing heat. Ellie Goulding moves up one notch to enter the top 5 with "Lights." Flo Rida continues a swift climb and is only two notches away from a top 10 hit with "Whistle." It looks like Cher Lloyd is the next British pop star as "Want U Back" enters the top 30 this week with an eight notch leap.

Chris Brown soars to his second consecutive #1 album this week with Fortune. The debut of her 3D movie helps Katy Perry's Teenage Dream soar back to #2 in its 98th week on the album chart. Flo Rida misses the top 10 with his collection Wild Ones, but a #14 opening is much better than missing the top 100 entirely as happened with his last studio album.

There is little movement at the top of the chart this week. Rihanna edges upward to #3 with "Where Have You Been." Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen rise a swift nine notches with their summer anthem "Good Time." Pink has a strong #34 opening in the first week of release for her fiery new song "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)."
