Perhaps the summer heat has settled over the chart this week slowing things down. For a third straight week Katy Perry keeps Eminem and Rihanna at #2. Enrique Iglesias earns his first top 10 pop hit since 2001 with "I Like It." Shakira now has her eighth top 40 pop hit with her world cup song "Waka Waka (This Time For Africa)" entering the top 40 this week.

Paramore's "The Only Exception" is looking like a possible breakout radio hit for the group moving up six at #21.
