Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl" is her first number one pop single, and she is not interested in exiting the top spot. With strong competition, she holds on to #1 on the pop singles chart for a fourth week. "Hollaback Girl" continues to rule the roost on the radio as well. On the albums chart the Dave Matthews Band's Stand Up grabs the lead position in its first week.
Gwen's stiffest competition on the singles chart comes from Mariah Carey. Mariah's single "We Belong Together" climbed one more spot from 3 to 2 and is looking for a seat on top next week. A bit further down the Black Eyed Peas roared into the top 10 at #6 with the hot single "Don't Phunk With My Heart."
Behind the Dave Matthews Band emo kings Weezer placed their new album Make Believe in the #2 spot for its first week. Lurking behind the brand new albums is Mariah Carey's The Emancipation Of Mimi in a strong third spot after a week at #1 and 3 weeks at #2.
