Comments

The big news of the week is yet another UK chart record. Gnarls Barkley's irresistible first single "Crazy" has the honor of being the first single to hit the top on downloads alone. It will likely remain at the top when sales for the CD release are added for the first time next week. At #3 it looks like Morrissey is maintaining the momentum he gained with the 2004 comeback album You Are the Quarry. "You Have Killed Me" is the first single from his new collection Ringleader of the Tormentors.

New York-based band the Yeah Yeah Yeahs gain their first top 10 hit album on either side of the Atlantic with Show Your Bones.
