Comments

Michael Jackson has an impressive performance on this week's chart holding no less than 13 of the UK pop top 40. However, he fails to secure #1 as Cascada's "Evacuate the Dancefloor" becomes the group's first #1 pop single in the UK. "Man In the Mirror" has to settle for #2 which is still a significantly better performance than its #21 peak the first time around.

Michael Jackson is more dominant on this week's album chart than the singles chart. He holds three of the top five spots with The Essential Michael Jackson rising to the top. La Roux follows their #1 single "Bulletproof" with a strong #2 debut for their self-titled album.
