Sean Kingston surge 2 more spots to #1 with the physical release of "Beautiful Girls" in the UK. It has now reached the top of the pop singles chart on both sides of the Atlantic. An in-store release has also helped the Plain White T's move into the top 3 with "Hey There Delilah." They are also attempting to make it #1 in both the US and UK. Rihanna has her 5th UK top 5 single with "Shut Up and Drive" roaring into the upper reaches of the chart, and James Blunt scores a 3rd top 10 hit with the #10 debut of "1973" this week.

Comments
The top 5 albums this week are all the same titles as last. They have just shuffled around a bit. Just outside the top 10, Rihanna is riding the success of her single "Shut Up and Drive" to put her album 'Good Girl Gone Bad' back at #6. Welsh rockers are back with their first album in 2 years, and they just miss the top 10.
