Jay-Z and Alicia Keys roar into the top 3 this week with "Empire State of Mind" giving Jay-Z two of the top 5 singles. Lady GaGa's fourth hit in the UK, the release of "LoveGame" and "Paparazzi" was reversed in order in the UK from the US release schedule, climbs into the top 20 this week.
