Comments
For only the 4th out of their 13 #1 hits, Westlife manage a second week at the top of the singles chart with "You Raise Me Up." Pharrell, better known as 1/2 of the Neptunes, makes a hot solo debut at #3 with an assist from Gwen Stefani on "Can I Have It Like That." In a somewhat disappointing development, the Rosetta Life charity single "We Laughed" just misses a top 10 debut.

Comments
Singing in either a classic or classical mode is hot on this week's UK album chart. Westlife score an impressive double by opening at the top with their Face To Face album while holding onto the top of the singles chart for a second week. Rod Stewart scores with his 4th volume of cronning American pop standards, and Welsh mezzo-soprano lands at #4 with an impressive collection of operatic and pop favorites.

Best Bets For Next Week's Singles Chart
- Madonna - Hung Up
No one is more high profile than Madonna this month, and she should enjoy a strong opening week for this first single from the upcoming Confessions On a Dancefloor album. - Corinne Bailey Rae - Like a Star
The pop gurus at BBC Radio One have been drooling over this newcomer, and her voice truly is a wonder to behold. She may give Madonna some competition. - Simon Webbe - No Worries - Ex-Blue member Webbe opened at #4 with his first solo single. He will try to improve on that performance with this single from his upcoming first solo album.
