Kylie Minogue and the Spice Girls both returned to the chart this week with well-publicized comeback singles. However, download debuts outside the top 10 for both does not bode well for the future chart success of the songs. Alicia Keys charges into the top 10 with "No One," her first UK top 10 since her first hit single "Fallin'" Finally, it's not apparent at the top of the charts, but Snow Patrol's "Chasing Cars" has now spent 62 non-consecutive weeks on the UK's pop singles chart which places it at #3 on the all-time list. In terms of consecutive weeks, the number is now 45 meaning "Chasing Cars" has been present on the UK pop singles chart non-stop since January this year.
