Withholding digital sales until the release of albums has resulted in some big debuts on the pop chart recently. This week is no exception. After the release of the new album Todd Smith, LL Cool J debuts at #5 with the first single "Control Myself" featuring Jennifer Lopez. Elsewhere, Red Hot Chili Peppers zoom 24 notches to just miss the top 10 this week, and it looks like one more week will return Shakira to the top 10 for the first time since her breakthrough Laundry Service album back in 2001.

The dominant stories on the radio chart are the two hottest singles. First is Shakira's latest "Hips Don't Lie" which has shaken its way into the top 10 with a big move of 5 notches to #7. The other story is Fort Minor's breakthrough at last with the poignant "Where'd You Go." Sean Paul takes over at the top of the chart from Mary J. Blige with Rihanna just a few spins behind.
