It's a quiet week at the top of the pop singles chart as Rihanna holds on to the top for a 3rd week. The hottest new singles are Lil Jon's return with "Snap Yo Fingers," a record that proves he hasn't been ignoring the latest hip hop trends and Nelly Furtado's hot dance collaboration with Timbaland "Promiscuous."

Nick Lachey's What's Left of Me sells as much as the total sales of his previous solo album SoulO in just one week. Note the #20 debut of Gnarls Barkley's St. Elsewhere, an album that opened at the top of the UK album charts and has produced "Crazy," the biggest UK hit single of the year so far.
