This week Chris Brown returns to the top of the pop singles chart for the first time since his smash debut "Run It!" with "Forever." M.I.A. continues to soar on the charts riding heavy sales into the top 20 this week with her breakthrough "Paper Planes." The Jonas Brothers have the top debut on the chart for the second week in a row as "A Little Bit Longer" rolls in at #23.
