The Black Eyed Peas set a historical record this week with the most consecutive weeks, 20, at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 of any recording artist in history. This story overshadows another huge achievement. Miley Cyrus' #2 debut with "Party In the USA" is her biggest yet and, with strong pop radio support already, it looks like a #1 hit in the near future. Then there is a big song at #3 too. The superstar trio of Jay-Z, Rihanna, and Kanye West soar over 60 notches this week with the commercial release of "Run This Town" to land at #3.

Country star George Strait has his second consecutive #1 this week and he becomes the first artist to top the sales of Michael Jackson's Number Ones since the debut week of Daughtry's Leave This Town. Neil Diamond opens at #2 with his latest live album, and it becomes his third consecutive top 10 release for the first time since the late 70's. Cobra Starship break all their previous achievements by opening at #4 with Hot Mess over 70 spots higher than the peak of their last album.

The top 5 is static this week, but there are three very powerful songs charging up the chart this week. Jay Sean nears the top 10 with his breakthrough US hit single "Down." Pitbull is proving "I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)" was new fluke as "Hotel Room Service" looks even hotter in its moves up the chart. Finally, Miley Cyrus leaps a stunning 17 notches with her hit "Party In the USA."
