"Fergalicious" takes a serious leap from #20 to #9 inside the top 10. It also looks like Beyonce may finally have a serious pop hit from B'Day. "Irreplaceable" is one of the hottest songs of the week soaring 56 notches to land inside the top 40 at #35.

It has been a very very good year for children's music, and Disney is leading the way. With the Cheetah Girls 2 soundtrack gold, and High School Musical the biggest selling album of the year so far, Billy Ray Cyrus' teen daughter Miley debuts at #1 on the album chart with the TV soundtrack of her alter-ego Hannah Montana. This prevents My Chemical Romance from opening at the top of the chart. It is the second #2 debut for The Black Parade this week as it was kept out of the top spot in the UK by Robbie Williams' Rudebox.

The week after it drops from #1 on the overall pop singles chart, Hinder takes over at pop radio. It marks the rare occurrence these days of one rock band taking over from another at the top in pop radio. Nickelback was holding the top spot last week. Fergie's "Fergalicious" is clearly the song packing airplay heat as she soars 13 notches into the top 20 for the first week.
