2. Ellie Goulding - "Lights"
Ellie Goulding has stated that she is hoping for an October 2012 release for her next album. She says that the album will be even more emotional than her debut. Her first album Lights hit #1 at home in the UK and has climbed as high as #76 in the US. "Lights," the single, has been certified platinum for sales in the US.
3. David Guetta - "Titanium" featuring Sia
David Guetta has received seven Grammy Award nominations and won two. The first was Best Remixed Recording in 2010 for "When Love Takes Over." He repeated that win in 2011 for Madonna's "Revolver." This year he received his first Brit Award nomination for Best International Male Solo Artist.

5. Calvin Harris - "Let's Go" featuring Ne-Yo
Calvin Harris is climbing pop charts around the world once again with his new single "Let's Go." It is his third consecutive #2 pop hit at home in the UK. It topped the dance chart there. In the US "Let's Go" is a top 20 dance hit. The song is being used in a Pepsi Max advertisement in the UK.
6. Neon Trees - "Everybody Talks"
"Everybody Talks" is the second top 40 pop hit single for the band Neon Trees. However, it has taken nearly six months to reach that status. "Everybody Talks" has become a multi-formate hit for the band. It reached the top 10 on the alternative songs and adult pop charts while peaking at #11 on the rock songs chart. Most recently the song has appeared on the adult contemporary chart.
7. Maroon 5 - "One More Night"
"One More Night" is the second single from Maroon 5's album Overexposed. It is bright pop set to a reggae beat. The group have five top 10 pop hit singles to their credit, two of those, "Makes Me Wonder," and "Moves Like Jagger," have gone all the way to #1.
