17-year-old Teddy Geiger risks getting buried in the current wave of singer-songwriters led by the likes of James Blunt and Daniel Powter. However, the unique lyrics and unabashed romance of his first single "For You I Will (Confidence)" is likely to find him a place in the hearts of many teenage fans. Musically, the song is relatively simplistic, but the chorus "I'm gonna muster every ounce of confidence I have / And cannon ball into the water / I'm gonna muster every ounce of confidence I have / For you I will" is singular and sinks in easily. It will resonate with young adults as well as teens.
