At least some part of the success of the band Metro Station must be attributed in part to the striking physical presence of 6'3", 19 year old vocalist and guitarist Trace Cyrus. He is Miley Cyrus' older half brother and sports an impressive array of tattoos and piercings. The band made their bid for being one of the top new acts of the year when "Shake It" broke into the top 5 of the pop singles chart.
