Pretty good list, but...
- There are definitely some questionable choices. For example, WHY is that "Whatcha Say" song so high? That song is probably the most pathetic attempt at an apology ever.

Kelly~
- I totally agree wit Kelly~!!! I think Kelly's SUBG is the best 2000s song of all... But Im missing Behind These Hazel Eyes here... On my opinion, Behind These Hazel Eyes is better than Never Again.. But still, Kelly' SUBG is the best...

Gaga love...
- What about Poker Face?! It's probably the biggest dance hit in US and worldwide other than Cher's Believe.

kylie only at 54?!
- The queen of pop at 54, while britney spears makes it into the top 10. Toxic and CGYOOMH were both co-written by Cathy Dennis, both had amazing videos, and are both classic toons. Kylie deserves more recognition...

YES!!!
- I was so worried when I didn't see Kelly Clarkson's Since U Been Gone anywhere, and then I screamed YES!!!, Since U Been Gone is no. 1! Totally agree with that, but Green Day and Paramore are missing. I also think Michelle Branch and Demi Lovato should be here.

Young Fan
- I am young, not old enough to be a long-time fan of MJ. When I heard he died, I was devestated. It had taken me by surprise. I went on a trip to DC, and watched the memorial service. My heart broke when Paris began to cry and say " He was the best daddy, and I love him". I still can't believe it.

Um... what about
- OneRepublic's "Apologize?" Common! It hold the record for the most digital downloads ever. Just sayin...

Hi.. My Thoughts
- Here is my opinions on what should have been included and why with a description like you used. Red Hot Chili Peppers: Californication -The 2000s answer to Dire Straits "Money for Nothing" video was fun to watch from beginning to end. Kelly Rowland featuring Nelly- Dilemma This Romeo and Juliet song changed Nelly's music style and was trendsetting for other rap stars to moderate themselves into the pop music genre. Kryptonite- 3 Doors Down Music video that is in the style of 1980s videos was a very influential rock song all decade long. Michelle Branch featuring Santana -Game of Love Michelle's peppiness revitalized Santana's career.

Some of the best missing
- The list was made with a good compilation of songs that define pop in the 2000s, however where's Daniel Powter's Bad Day, James Blunt's Beautiful, any Five for Fighting song... Green Day's "Boulevard of broken dreams", how about Colbie Caillat, Evanescence, Dido... and I can go forever with songs and artists that have better define this last decade. You have even used some of the spots with songs such as Jason deRulo's - why?. I agree we don't have to agree upon every song, but... well, I guess I made my point. Thanks anyway for the compillation.

Dumbass
- why you start a list of the of the favorite music of the 00's and dont put "i write sins not tragedies" by Panic! at the disco? the video alone has an Mtv award for best video, and the album "a fever you cant sweat out" get to double platinum.
- —Guest Z3r0
Um, what?
- Bill, I've respected your opinion until now. But when you're gonna look us in the eye and say that none of Beyonce's songs are top 10 material, or that "Crazy in Love" or "Single Ladies" wasn't one of the best pop songs of the decade, then I know you lost your mind.
- —Guest Mike
Green Day???
- Two Chemical Romance songs and no Green Day? "Teenagers" wasn't even a blip on the map compared to every single off American Idiot. What a flawed list.
- —Guest jq
Not a bad list, but...
- A number of artists are completely missing. No Green Day, no Paramore, no Panic At The Disco? Hip's Don't Lie was missing, too. It was a pretty good list, but a number of songs were definitely missing.

2000s Music
- Good list overall, but some songs that define the 2000's decade are missing. Also, the ranking of the some the songs are a bit off. :)
